Court System

  • The Native American Tribal Courts provide an enforcement of Indian tribal court judgments.
  • The Court of Claims is a limited jurisdiction court that deals with cases pertaining to civil actions, which includes highway defect, medical malpractice, contracts, constitutional claims, tax-related suits, and other claims for money damages.
